Rather than writing what you already knew about yourself before doing the exercises in The Physics of Living (this book is the source of exercises for units 3-8), strive to learn something new about yourself by doing the exercises, and tell me what you’ve learned.

Complete the following activity in The physics of living (Amundson, 2003):
Psychological DNA (pp. 57-63). Note that for this reflection, I look for evidence of something unique to you. Don’t tell me that your good experience was when your team won the big game and your bad experience was when your team lost. Anyone would feel good about winning and bad about losing a game. Dig deeper. Learn something about yourself.
