Having read these documents, I want you to consider the following: In his speech to Howard University, President Lyndon B. Johnson asked rhetorically, “What is freedom?” All of these documents circle around this question in one way or another. For your paper, consider how the authors of each would have answered the question and write an essay that explores how each defines freedom, what each sees as limiting it, and what solutions are needed to ensure it.
Be sure to use specific evidence from the texts when supporting your argument.
Papers should be 3-4 pages in length.
All papers must include the following

Correct spelling and punctuation.
Footnotes for direct quotes. (See below.)
